How to get started with easyCAFM.
Consultation
You show us one of your properties, we show you easyCAFM using it. Online or on site, non-binding, usually one hour.
Import data
Existing toolsuisse calculations, Excel lists or plans are imported. You start with a populated asset inventory, not with empty software.
Onboarding and support
We set up the tenant, master data and users and support you through the first calculations and plans. After that you work independently, with a contact person in Rotkreuz.
About the software.
Do we need all six modules?
No. Many municipalities start with the asset inventory, calculation and workloads and add planning and tasks later. Cleaning companies usually start with calculation and quotes.
Where is our data stored?
In Switzerland. easyCAFM is developed and operated in Switzerland, compliant with the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG), with daily backups. Each customer is a separate tenant.
Do we need to install anything?
No. easyCAFM runs in the browser on computers, tablets and smartphones. Updates are delivered automatically.
In which languages is easyCAFM available?
In all national languages. Each user chooses their own language. PDFs are generated in the recipient's language.
