The story behind easyCAFM.
The toolsuisse AG based in Rotkreuz ZG has been calculating the cleaning and caretaking requirements of public properties since 2004. Municipalities, cities, schools, care homes and parishes throughout Switzerland have their workloads determined using this method: objectively, based on standard values, justifiable down to the individual area. easyCAFM is the new software from toolsuisse AG. It brings this method and its standard values into a modern, multi-tenant cloud application in which municipalities and cleaning companies work themselves: record areas, calculate cleaning needs, allocate workloads, plan routes and maintenance, create quotes and reports, manage tasks and defects.
easyCAFM is developed by murmy GmbH, also based in Rotkreuz. Development, operation and data storage take place in Switzerland, in compliance with Swiss data protection law.
Where do the 17'113 calculations come from?
Each calculation stands for a property whose cleaning and caretaking effort was determined with the toolsuisse AG method: school buildings, administrative buildings, retirement and care homes, churches, sports facilities, works yards and residential buildings in municipalities of all sizes and in all parts of the country.
The counter grows continuously with every new calculation. This body of data is the source of the standard values easyCAFM calculates with. They were measured, compared and updated on real objects over two decades. That is why figures from easyCAFM stand up to scrutiny by councils, school boards and auditors.
